Anxiety/Depression/Stress
Anxiety:
Anxiety has the tendency to be all-consuming. Spiraling down into a pit of worry occurs with just a little daily hiccup.
Anxiety does not have to be a bad thing. It can be motivating. It can be the “kick in the pants” you’ve needed for a long time. It may be part of you, but it doesn’t need to define you!
Therapy will free you from the never-ending spiral of worry by discovering how anxiety can be used for good rather than evil!
Depression:
Feelings of hopelessness or self-loathing is painful. Not knowing how to get rid of the pain makes it worse. A cloud of darkness overcomes you. There’s no light in sight.
–Eckhart Tolle
The “guiding light” inside of you will come out of hiding if you have the skills to let it.
Therapy will teach you those skills. Let it be a flashlight.
Stress:
There are 100 things to do and so little time to do them! The pressure is on to complete tasks on time. My heart is racing. My body is tense. I’m freaking out!
“How is all of this happening at once?” “I just want to be left alone!!!”
Being poked and prodded like a pin cushion with the stress of life?
These experiences are common.
Life happens quickly, and often the pace of the world around us expects us to move at the same speed.
Stress will take a toll on physical and emotional health. Functioning at 100% all the time is just not possible!
Learning to practice self-care to manage stress and health is key.
Therapy provides the tools to manage stress, in whatever forms it exists, and learn to function well despite it, rather than functioning poorly because of it!
The freedom from worry…
The light amidst darkness…
The much-needed break from stressful pace of life…
Is just a call away!
Make the call and learn how to get out of your own way!
